Homes Together Limited is backed and owned by the Bay of Plenty Housing Equity Fund, with a mission to create high-quality, accessible housing for people looking to downsize in the Bay of Plenty.

Our development at 299 Levers Road in Matua, Tauranga, offers 10 purpose-built homes designed specifically for those who want to live simply, comfortably and securely without the burden of full home ownership. The Homes Together approach draws on the Secure Home model developed by Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust (QLCHT), and we're grateful to QLCHT for sharing their model and expertise to help shape this new initiative for our community.
